Canada and other Western countries have what we call ‘anti-hate laws’, legislation intended to prevent the dissemination of hateful and racist accusations against another people, especially if they are likely to inspire negative or violent actions. Of remarkable importance for the American continent was Russia’s participation in other negotiations that lasted from the early 1780s to the Versailles Congress of 1783. Let us remind you that during the Congress the first global repartition of the world among the great powers took place.

a) the weakness of Westernized concepts of international relations such as "Order based on rules" and other senseless Western junk;
b) the collapse of the idea of an American-centered world;
c) The interests countries that are in an acute stage of conflict with the Western world will start being respected by the world.

In each hub, brainstorm ideas that fit in each category.
Turn your map into a general outline.
